    Egg white, large, 6 serving(remove)
    Oscar Mayer Carving Board Ham (2 oz.), 2 serving(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, .25 cup, chopped or sliced(remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped(remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .25 cup, shredded(remove)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place 1 slice of deli ham in each muffin cup (pan)
Add peppers, tomatoes and onions
Crack egg on top on veggies
Bake for 20 minutes
Add shredded cheese
Bake for 1 minute or until melted
