    .5 c farro
    2 chicken breasts, cooked& shredded
    2 c corn
    2 c green beans, cooked
    6 green onions, chopped
    2 tbs olive oil
    2 tbs white wine vinegar
    2 tbs minced shallots
    Dash salt
    1 tsp dried marjoram
    1 tsp Dijon mustard


May be made 1 day ahead.
Serve at room temp or cold.


Cook the farro in 1.5 cups salted water for 20 min.
Add the farro in a bowl with the chicken, corn, green beans,and green onions.
Whisk the olive oil, mustard, vinegar, dash of salt,shallots,and marjoram in a small bowl, then pour over the farro mix. Toss.
