    6 6" flour tortillas
    1 cup diced cooked pork
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 diced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 diced banana pepper


This dish serves 6. In a shallow wide bowl combine soup and sour cream. Spray with baking oil a baking dish. Take a tortilla and dip it in the creamy mixture. Set the coated tortilla on the baking pan and place 1/6th of the meat and onion of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla and set at the end of the baking pan. Repeat with each tortilla lininging the pan with the rolled enchiladas. Pour the remaining sauce over the enchiladas and top with the shredded cheese. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Serve with a great tossed salad!
