Introduction

Flourless, low-carb and gluten free, for the keto-er looking for something to butter. Makes a loaf pan of quick-bread textured stuff that doesn't taste as much like peanut butter as you might think! Ingredients

    1 cup peanut butter (no added sugar)
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    2 tsp stevia (or equivalent sweetness)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Blend peanut butter and eggs till smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake 30-40 minutes, till toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
