Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 medium onion chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 tablespoon italian seasoning
    black pepper

Directions

brown the turkey, add olive oil and cook onions and garlic with the turkey. Add the rest of the ingredients and seasonings - I use Italian Seasoning and black pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes or however long it takes your pasta to cook.

Serving Size: makes 8 3/4 cup servings
