Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3/4 Cup of Fusilli (pasta swirls)
    1/2 Cup Salsa
    1 Cup frozen veggies (your choice)
    2 Tbsp light mayonnaise
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil pasta, when it's got about five minutes to go add the frozen veggies and return to boil for about 3-5 minutes (to taste)
Drain and blend in pasta and mayo, add salt and pepper to taste
