Ingredients

    2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
    1 can creamed style corn
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    jalapeno peppers to taste (chopped)

Directions

Mix 2 boxes of Jiffy Cornbread mix according to box directions (2 eggs, 2/3 c milk). Add 1 can creamed style corn, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and chopped jalapeno peppers. Place in Pam sprayed 9x13 pan (or 12 muffin cups). Bake 425 degrees for 20-25 min.
