    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .25 cup
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Vanilla, 6 oz
    Egg white, fresh, 1 large
    Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz)
    Rum, 2 fl oz (or rum flavoring, 2 tsp plus water)
    Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed
    Bread, white (white bread), 4 cup, cubes
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Half and Half Cream, 2 tbsp
    Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup, 4 tbsp
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped


I microwave this, but it would probably be awesome baked in the toaster oven. Cook at 375 for 10 minutes or until the tops crisp up.


Cut the bread (I like to use the heels, very crusty) into chunks, then mix together all of the ingredients except the maple syrup, rum and apples. Let set overnight if desired, or just pop into the microwave for two minutes. Check to make sure the egg white seems to have cooked all the way through. Put the apple chunks, rum and syrup in a bowl and microwave for one minute. Scoop pudding onto a plate and drizzle with apple mixture.
