Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb 93% fat free ground turkey meat
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 ts sage
    1/2 ts garlic powder
    1/2 ts onion powder
    1 ts oregano
    1/8 ts chili powder
    1 ts rosemary
    2 ts parsley

Tips

These can also be baked.
These are extremely filling and taste great with avocado.


Directions

1. Combine oats, Parmesan, sage, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, chili powder, rosemary and parsley in food processor and chop on high until you have a gritty powder. (About 30 seconds-1 minute)
2. Combine turkey, egg and powder in a bowl. Hand mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Form into 4 burgers.
4. Grill for 10 minutes and then flip. cook until internal temperature reaches 165.
