Ingredients

    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, sliced
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 6 serving, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 small, chopped
    Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce, 1 Tbspn
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Prunes, dried, 4 prune, chopped
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Coriander, dried, 0.5 tsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Thai Seven Shake Spice spice, 1 tsp
    Beef chuck, 350 grams
    red wine vinegar, 1 Tbspn
    1 cup water

Directions

Cook all ingredients together for 30 minutes or till beef is tender.
Reduce liquid to form a thick sauce.
Add more water when needed.
