Number of Servings: 24


    2 cups wholewheat four
    2 cups wheat germ
    3 cups wheat bran
    2 tsp baking soda
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 cup flaxseed

    1 cup olive oil
    2 cups milk 2%
    .5 cup honey
    1 cup molasses
    3 bananas sliced thinly
    1/2 cup dates


Mix dry ingredients.
Add in cut dates.
Mix wet in another container.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Add in sliced bananas.

Spoon into muffin tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 24 bran muffins.
