Introduction

Easy and delicious! Just put it in the slow cooker and let it do its thing! Easy and delicious! Just put it in the slow cooker and let it do its thing!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb beef roast (chuck or arm pot roast)
    2 cups Baby Carrot
    400 grams baby/new potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 cup beef broth/bouillon/consomme
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

1) Chop veggies and potatoes into bite-sized servings.
2) Place roast in bottom of slow cooker. Add broth and veggies.
3) Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Make sure the internal temperature of the meat is approximately 145*.

Serving Size: Makes 8 4 oz meat servings with vegetables
