Ingredients

    2 small onions, chopped
    2 cans great northern beans
    1 cup chicken broth or bullion
    4 boneless pork chops, about 4 oz each
    Goya Adobo (seasoned salt)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Drain and rinse beans. Layer onions on bottom of baking dish. Spread beans over onions. Pour broth on vegetables. Lightly sprinkle seasoned salt on both sides of chops. Lay pork chops on top of veggies. Bake until pork is thoroughly cooked(use a meat thermometer if you have one, internal temperature of 160F). Makes 4 servings. Serve over brown rice or with crusty bread
