    Butternut Squash, 6 cup, cubes
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 3 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Ground Black pepper


add a bacon bone for a wonderful smoky flavor


saute onion and Garlic in olive oil until tender
using a slow cooker put onion,garlic, diced squash and pepper.
cover with chicken stock.
cook until til tender and smelling great.
blend and til smooth
