    1 skinless chicken quarter
    1/2 cup Dolce Vita Marinara Sauce
    garlic powder
    onion powder


Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Add a little water (about 1/8 inch) to the bottom of a baking dish. Remove skin from leg quarter, and place leg quarter in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Top with Marinara sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 50 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
