    2.9 # Chicken Thighs, boneless/skinless, 1315 grams
    1.5 # Chicken Breast, boneless/skinless , 690 grams
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp Macadamia Nut Oil
    4 cups Chicken Broth
    4 cups Water
    1/4 cup Flour
    1/4 cup Butter


Brown chicken in oil - remove then sweat onions, return chicken to crock pot, add broth & water - cook on high for 4-5 hours. Remove chicken & allow to cool for a few minutes, shred when able to handle. In fry pan, melt butter, add flour & cook for about 3-5 minutes. Add 2-4 cups of the liquid to the cooked flour whisking constantly, return to crock pot, return chicken to crock pot. Service w/ potatoes or rice.

Serving Size: Makes 14 servings @ 217 grams (7.6 oz)
