    4-pounds boneless pork shoulder roast or steak
    1 cup onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 cup Sunny DelightŪ orange drink
    1/2 cup no-salt-added ketchup
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    2-1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon liquid smoke
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Put roast in crock-pot. Mix other ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on high for about 4 to 5 hrs or until meat pulls away. Pull with two forks and serve alone or on sandwich rolls.
