    Canned Chicken, 1 can (5 oz)
    Greek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat, .5 cup
    Mayonnaise,light, 1 tbsp
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped
    (optional) seedless red grapes


Also good with grapes cut in half and mixed in.


Peel cuke and remove seeds. In food processor mix cuke, yogurt, mayo and dill. Mix in with chicken.

Serving Size: makes 2 sandwiches
