Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Ground beef
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    1-2 Bay Leaf
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Cumin 1/2 tbsp
    cayenne, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Beef Broth, 4 cup
    1 Onion, chopped
    5 cloves Garlic, chopped
    28 oz Diced Tomatoes
    1 cup black beans
    1 cup pinto beans
    1 cup kidney beans
    (all beans should be dry when measured but soaked before cooking)
    12 T sour cream

Directions

Soak beans the night before.

Brown onion, garlic, and beef in olive oil. Drain fat. Add all seasonings and simmer for ten minutes.

Mix beans, beef, and all other ingredients into a crock pot. Make sure there is enough liquid so that beans do not over absorb. Cook on low for a few hours.
