    1 can Progresso Recipe Starters Creamy Parmesan Basil Cooking Sauce
    1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
    Butter, 2 TB.
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 c.
    Half & Half, 1/2 c.
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    8 oz. fettucini
    Canola Oil, 1 TB.


Served with a fresh tossed salad, this makes a complete meal for a quick dinner.


1. Cook and drain fettucine as directed on package.
2. In a 12" skillet, heat 1 TB. canola oil over medium high heat. Add chicken; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. black pepper. Cook 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
Add butter and garlic. Cook until garlic is softened. Stir in Recipe Starters Cooking Sauce, Parmesan cheese and whipping cream.
3. Simmer 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until well-blended.
4. Serve over cooked fettucini.
