    2 cups Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
    8 oz Lower Sodium Sausage Gravy
    8 Eggs
    1 cup Milk


Preheat oven to 350.

Rinse the Hashbrowns in cold water. Place in strainer or ricer to press the water out of them. Or dry rolled up in a towel by squeezing the water out.

Butter a Pie Tin, and press the hashbrowns onto the bottom and sides.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Spoon Sausage Gravy onto the hashbrowns.

Beat the Eggs and Milk together. Pour into the Pie Tin.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until done in the center.
