    1 cup water
    1 packet instant yeast
    1 tbsp sugar
    3 tbsp oil
    dash salt
    3 cups flour

    500g pasta/marinara sauce
    200g grated mozzarella


Prebake the crusts for a few minutes before adding sauce and toppings to avoid a soggy crust.


Mix dough ingredients in bowl until a non-sticky dough forms, knead for a few minutes and form into a ball. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and leave in a warm pace to double in size. Divide into two balls and roll each out into pizza bases. Top with sauce and cheese and bake until base is golden on the bottom and the cheese is melted and bubbled.
