Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skin less
    1 can great northern beans, drained
    1 can tomato sauce low sodium
    1 can Mexican corn, drained
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 medium bell green pepper, chopped
    1 medium yellow onion, chopped
    2 tbs grounded cumin ]
    2 tbs chili power
    salt
    pepper



Tips

I never use 1 tbs salt or pepper. I use to taste.


Directions

Ground the chicken breast in a processor. Heat 1 tbs olive oil and cook the chicken. Reserve.
Heat the other 1 tbs olive oil and cook the onions, garlic and bell pepper until tender.

Transfer chicken and veggies to a slow cooker pan. Ad the other ingredients and cook, in high temperature, for 2 hours.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 1 cup servings
