2 cups of plain low fat greek yogurt (I used oikos)
1 english cucumber peeled, seeded and minced
4tsp lemon juice
6 cloves garlic
To remove excess juice from the cucumber I pressed the minced cucumber between paper towel, (another recipe called for cheesecloth for this...but I find cheesecloth to be too loose a weave for something this fine...at least the cheese cloth I've found in my area)
Serving Size: makes approximately 16, 2tbsp servings
