    6 TBS arrowroot flour
    2 LG eggs
    3/4 C 1% Milk
    1 TBS vegetable oil
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    Non stick spray


In a large bowl, beat eggs two minutes until light and fluffy. add remaining ingredients and beat until thoroughly mixed. Spray a 10- inch pan with non stick and heat over medium or medium low heat until hot. Add 3 TBS mixture and tip pan until mix covers bottom of pan. cook 2 minutes and gently turn to cook for two more minutes.
