    6 egg whites
    1 cup rolled oats, dry
    1 cup low fat cottage cheese
    2 ts stevia
    1 ts cinnamon
    1 ts vanilla


Blend all ingredients until smooth. Heat griddle or skillet over med-low heat. Spray. For each pancake, use about 1/4 cup batter. Cook until golden brown. Makes about 10 pancakes
