Ingredients

    18 small carrots
    1/3 cup butter
    1/2 splenda
    1/3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 cup boiling water


Directions

Place carrots in a covered casserole oven proof dish. Cream butter, cinnamon and Splenda together. Add water and blend well. Pour over carrots and cover. Bake in oven 350 for 1 1/2 hours
