Ingredients

Great Value Traditional 9" Pie Crust, 1 shell
Birds Eye Recipe Ready Primavera Blend, 4 serving / bag
Quorn Chik'n Cutlets, 2 serving (thawed, cut into chunks)
Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (25% less Sodium), 2.5 serving
1/2 cup water
Pepper, black, 2 dash
Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp
Mrs. Dash (R) Tomato Basil Garlic Blend, 0.125 tsp
Italian Seasoning (including basil, thyme, oregano) .5 tsp
Tips
Use any vegies you like. Change out the cream of soup to a low fat variety or a different kind (cream of broccoli is also great).
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thaw Quorn Chik'n cutlets and chop into small pieces. Mix all ingredients except crust. Prick the bottom of the pie crust with a fork and place on a sheet pan; fill with the chik'n mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
Cool 4-5 minutes before serving.
Serves six.
