Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Tofurky Italian sausages, chopped
    3 red mini bell peppers, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1.5 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    Pizza dough for one pie

Directions

Preheat oven to 425.
Spray a 9" circular cake pan (1" deep) with non-stick cooking spray. Press the dough into the pan (will be thin-so be careful) so it is like a pie crust, firmly to the sides of the pan. Put the chopped Tofurky Italian sausage in first. Put 3/4 cup of the cheese atop the sausage. Carefully spread 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce on top of the cheese. Sprinkle chopped vegetables over that, then top it with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 18 minutes. Remove. Let stand for about five minutes before slicing.
