    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 3/4 cup organic oats
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 cup natural peanut butter
    1/2 cup light olive oil
    1 cup milled flaxseed
    3 Tbsp brewer's yeast
    1/3 cup water
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup low GI cane sugar
    2.5 tsp vanilla extract
    2 large eggs
    200 g cadbury dark chocolate chips
    1 cup chopped walnuts/pecan nuts


1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
3. In a larger bowl, beat peanut butter, olive, cane sugar, vanilla extract, brewer's yeast, milled flaxseeds and water until creamy.
4. Mix in eggs. (This mixture will be a bit mushy)
5. Gradually mix in flour mixture. This makes the mixture very thick and a bit hard to mix.
6. Add in nuts and chocolate chips.
7. Add oats slowly, mixing along the way.
8. Place balls of dough onto baking paper.
9. Press down each ball lightly with a fork.
10. Bake for 12 minutes.
