Ingredients

    2 cups mixed greens
    2 tbsps. gorgonzola crumbles
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 Gala Apple, sliced and chopped *1 cup
    1/2 1oz. box sunmaid golden raisins
    1/2 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    Oscar Mayer Turkey Breast, 6 thin slices sliced and diced
    2 tbsps. Maple Grove Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Serves 1 for a great lunch

May add 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts but be sure to add the calories
