Bottom:
Honey graham cracker crumbs, 1.5 cup
Butter, salted, .5 cup
Granulated Sugar, .50 cup
Topping:
Cream Cheese,FAT FREE 3 package, small (3 oz)
Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
*Lemon Juice, 5 mL
Lemon Peel, 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Egg white, large, 3 serving
Jam, preserves, or jelly melted, 2 tbsp
Strawberries, fresh, .50 cup, whole
Blueberries, fresh, .50 cup Raspberries, .50 cup

Directions
Combine the graham crumbs with sugar and add melted butter. Mix well with a fork and spread over the bottom of the parchment paper and press to the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
Combine ingredients and spread over the bottom of the 9" spring form pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes @ 325 degrees temperature.Remove and let cool slightly before adding the topping.
Beat cream cheese , sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel(grated) and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time and beat after each addition until just blended.
Bake in 300F degree oven for 45 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours OR overnight . Top with fruit, if preferred : drizzle with melted jelly.
Serving Size: I use a 9" spring form pan lined with parchment paper.Cut into 12 wedges. Delicious
