    Ashirwad multigrain aata 50 grms.
    Apple Gala (medium) 1/2 peeled and grated
    Peanut butter smooth style with salt 1 tbsp
    Canola oil 1/2 tsp
    Warm water as need


Mix all the ingredients with little by little warm water to make a soft pliable dough. Cover and leave it for one to one and half hours. Make them into three equal size balls and roll them into big rounds with the help of little dry flour. To make them as paratha, roll the dough ball into small circle apply oil on one side fold and apply on the semi circle and fold and, then roll that into a big circle.

Fry on both sides on a hot tawa. I usually spray pam on both sides of chapathi to keep it soft.

Serving Size: Makes 3 chapathis
