Introduction

This is a flour free breakfast bread that can be made in mini loaf pans or muffin pans. Great for breakfast on the go, just grab and go. Make ahead of time. Ingredients

    4 c. steel cut oats
    1/2 c. unsweetened apple sauce
    2 organic bananas
    1/2 c. almond butter
    1/2 c. raw honey
    1/4 c. dried fruit mix
    1/4 c. raw or roasted nut mix


Tips

These can be stored in an air tight container for up to a week. On pantry shelf.


Directions

In mixer cream together bananas, honey, unsweetened applesauce, and almond butter. When well mixed add in oats, mixed dried fruit and mixed nuts. Put in prepared pans and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
