This is extra-cheesy with lots of tuna but no peas as my daughter is allergic! This is extra-cheesy with lots of tuna but no peas as my daughter is allergic!
Number of Servings: 6


    8 oz. uncooked pasta
    2 cans tuna in water
    1 can (14oz) tomatoes
    1 can cheese soup (condensed)
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup reduced fat cheese
    3 tblsp parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic
    1tsp ginger
    1tsp black pepper
    1tsp paprika
    1tsp oregano


Preheat oven to 400'
Boil pasta and drain
combine tuna, tomatoes, soup, vegetables onions herbs and spices (adjust to taste) and half of the cheese.
Spray casserole with non-stick spray
mix pasta with tuna mixture and put in casserole dish. Cover with remaining cheese and bake about 30 min until bubbly.

Makes 6-8 servings
