    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 6 ounces
    Cheddar Cheese, 30 grams
    Jarlsberg LIGHT Cheese, 1 oz
    Apples, fresh, 0.5 small (2-1/2" dia)


Split the chicken breast lengthways. Cover one half with apple slices and Jarsberg. Put the other half on top. Cover with the rest of the apple slices and thin slices of cheddar. Bake 40 min at 350, or until cooked through and crispy on top.
