Ingredients

    6-8 stlaks celery, chopped (1.5 cups)
    .5 cup diced red onion
    1 cup sliced cucumber
    2 carrots, grated
    One head romaine lettuce, shredded
    6 oz pork chop, cooked and diced
    .25 cup soy sauce
    .25 cup rice wine vinegar
    2 Tbs. mirin
    1 Tbs. hoisin sauce
    1 oz sesame seeds

Directions

combine ingredients from soy sauce through hoisin sauce in a small bowl. combine salad ingredients and toss well with dressing. top with sesame seeds for garnish.

Serving Size: Divide into 6 equal servings (about 2 C each)
