    *Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    *almond meal (almond flour) - 1 1/4 cup
    *Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut, 1 cup
    Egg Beaters, original, 1 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup
    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 4 tbsp
    100% Whey Protein "GNC Pro Performance" Vanilla or Chocolate Powdered Drink Mix, 3.5 serving


Mix all of the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately and then combine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
