    4 chicken breasts (skin and bone removed) cut up
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 garlic clove
    sprinkle of salt
    whole wheat tortilla


Cut up chicken into small strips. Fry chicken, onions, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil. Sprinke salt on it. Serve on whole wheat tortilla with cheese, guacamole and low fat sour cream.
