    butternut squash
    mustard greens
    white beans
    olive oil
    ground turkey
    taco seasoning


(Be sure your squash is tender before adding the can of beans.)


Heat olive oil in Dutch oven. Saute onions until translucent. Add butternut squash (chopped in 1/2" pieces). Cook for 15 minutes. Add mustard greens and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Add can of beans. Meanwhile, brown turkey and add seasoning packet per directions. Combine all ingredients and make sure it is heated through.
