the toasted breadcrumbs make it rock! the toasted breadcrumbs make it rock!

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat and sliced across to make 8
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1 1/2 tblsp. Kraft zesty Italian dressing, divided
    Pam cooking spray


you really need to spray the baking sheet! parmesan cheese can be added also. (this will increase the calorie and fat content.)


preheat oven to 425 degrees. mix breadcrumbs with oregano and 1 tblsp. dressing. spread out on a rimmed baking sheet sprayed with PAM and toast in oven for 6 minutes. remove from oven and let cool. brush each chicken breast with the rest of the dressing, then coat in breadcrumbs. place on the same baking sheet you toasted the breadcrumbs on. bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings, 2 breast pieces each
