Introduction

I wanted chicken salad but had no mayo! So I threw this together! I wanted chicken salad but had no mayo! So I threw this together!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    *Hormel Chicken Breast, 97% Fat Free canned, one can
    (mine was a 12.5 ounce can. A smaller can will yeild less calories, as well as protein)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup, torn
    *Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 0.25 cup torn
    *Vlasic Zesty Dills (1/2 pickle), .5 oz chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin chopped
    *asaigo cheese, .25 oz grated
    *Kraft Three Cheese Blend Grated Cheese, 1 tsp
    Hot Pepper Sauce, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 3 Olives
    Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard, .25 tsp

Directions

drain chicken. Put in bowl add other ingredients. Stir and enjoy!
