Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb bag dried red kidney beans, picked thru and soaked and drained
    2 large red bell peppers chopped
    1 large yellow onion, chopped
    2 (14 0z) cans diced tomatoes (I used Hunts onion)
    2 (4 oz) cans diced green chilis
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 medium zucchini, diced
    1 (12 oz) can tomato paste
    1/4 cup chili powder
    2 tsp chopped garlic
    1 Tbs. ground cumin
    1 tsp dried oregano
    2 chipotle peppers in adobo, chopped
    2 tsp. Better Than Boullion Beef Base
    4 cups water


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low 9-12 hrs.
