    1 whole roasted chicken, shredded
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Original RoTel Tomato & Green Chili
    1 tbs chopped roasted green chilies
    1 can Palma Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 medium onion, minced
    12 corn tortilla
    8 oz Sargento 4 Cheese Mexican, finely shredded


Lightly saute minced onion. Add in shredded chicken, soup, RoTel, green chilies, garlic powder, and 1/2 cup of the green chili enchilada sauce. Heat through thoroughly on a low flame. While the mixture is heating, spray 9 x 12 baking dish with Pam spray. Put down a layer of 6 tortillas. Pour the chicken mixture over the tortillas and spread evenly. Top chicken mixture with 1/2 of the cheese. Add a layer of 6 tortillas and then cover them with the remainder of the green chili enchilada sauce. Top off with the remaining cheese and bake in a 350 F oven until hot & bubbly.
