Ingredients

    6.5 oz. - Tuna/Yield of a 12oz. Can)
    5 oz.- Chopped Tomato
    5.25 oz. - Chopped Onion
    25g Red Roasted Bell Pepper
    30g - Mayo

    (Optional: Shredded Carrot, Chopped Celery, Hot Chile Pepper, Pickles, Mustard, Shredded Cheese or any of your favorite veggies)

Directions
