Ingredients

    8 C Nonfat (skim) milk
    1 C powdered milk powder
    1/2 C Greek Yogurt, plain or vanilla
    1/2 C sugar
    1 T. vanilla extract

Directions

Pour milk in crockpot on low. let warm for 2 1/2 hours
Turn OFF crockpot. Let sit for 3 hours.
Take 1-2 C of warm milk and mix in yogurt. Stir back into the rest of the milk. Wrap a heavy towel around crockpot and let rest for 8-12 hours.
Add in sugar and vanilla.
Refridgerate.
Will be good for up to a week. Freezes well.
***Save 1/2 C for your next batch :)
