    3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

    1 can 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup

    1 4 oz. can of mushrooms

    2 Cups Cooked whole wheat egg noodles or any other whole wheat/whole grain pasta


Put chicken, canned mushrooms & mushroom soup in a slow cooker and cook until chicken is cooked through.

When you are getting close to serving, prepare pasta according to package directions. Remove chicken and add whole wheat pasta and coat with soup mixture.
