    1 Container liquid egg whites
    1 Avocado chopped
    1 Tomato chopped
    1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese
    Cooking Spray


Preheat oven to 375. Spay baking dish (lasagna pan) with cooking spray. Pour in Egg whites top with tomato and avocado. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
