    1.5kg ground beef, lean
    1 med onion, chopped
    1 lrg egg
    1 cup oats, rolled
    1 tbl oregano
    2 tsp garlic, crushed
    1/4 chili pepper
    1 tsp tabasco sauce
    1/2 cup tomato sauce


Makes 8 servings.

1. Pre-heat over to 425.
2. Chop onion.
3. Beat egg. Add onion, oregano, tabasco sauce, tomato sauce, garlic, chili pepper, and mix well.
4. Add ground been and mix thoroughly. Mixture will be wet, so slowly add rolled oats to soak up the moisture. Mix well.
5. Put ground beef mixture into a loaf pan. Sprinkle a little tabasco sauce on top to form a crust.
6. Put in oven, uncovered, for 60 minutes.
