    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Garlic - minced (1 tsp), 1 serving (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Mint ( to garnish - Pinapple Mint is great ), 1 serving (remove)


Peel and dice the cucumber. Toss in other ingredients and chill 1 hour before serving.
